Do I need to clean before you arrive?
You don’t need to clean - that’s our job. We do ask that you give the house a quick tidy so we can make the most of our scheduled time. If you’d like us to take care of things like dishes, toy pick-up, or extra tidying, those can always be added as extras. This can change week to week - so on the days you’re rushing out the door and the kids’ rooms don’t get sorted, no worries. We’re here to support you.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all - most of our clients aren’t home while we clean, and we’ll arrange secure access (key, lockbox, or code) so you can go about your day. If you prefer to be home, that’s no problem either. We’ll simply get on with our work in a way that doesn’t disturb you.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. We simply ask for as much notice as possible (ideally 48 hours) so we can adjust our schedule fairly. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions, but we’ll always work with you where we can.
How long will the clean take?
Your initial service will always be a deep clean, which is quoted and charged at an hourly rate. This can take several hours, depending on the size and condition of your home, but it only needs to be done once to bring everything up to an easy-to-maintain level.
Once we move into your regular schedule, most homes take around 2–3 hours per visit. We’ll always agree on the expected time and rate before we begin, so there are no surprises - just consistent, reliable care for your home.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes - everything we use is supplied by us, from eco-friendly products to professional-grade equipment, so you don’t need to worry about a thing. If you have specialist products you’d like us to use on certain items, we’ll just need to check that they’re safe for the health of our staff. If so, we’re usually more than happy to oblige.
